This stuff works! I would not hesitate to buy again. This makes you sweat and that's coming from someone that doesn't sweat that much! I feel like I actually am SEEING the progress of my workouts after using this for a few days!

It's very durable and great quality. The metal hooks is a plus compared to typical Velcro waist trainers helping you get that right fit. The customer service is really great! They made sure I got the right size and was happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend!
